PFORZHEIM 1885
Kollmar & Jourdan
German Jewellery Heritage
A historic jewellery name with documented roots in Pforzheim, Germany’s “Golden City” — supported by surviving original pieces and a curated Vintage Archive.

01 — Heritage
Emil Kollmar and Wilhelm Jourdan founded their workshop in Pforzheim in 1885. It grew into one of Germany’s significant jewellery manufacturers; in 1914 it employed more than 1,700 people. The Kollmar & Jourdan building still shapes the city today. The historic company ceased operations in 1977. Original jewellery and watches continue to surface in private collections and on vintage markets.
Warm ivory, champagne tones and refined jewellery photography. The current brand identity pairs authentic archive pieces with a contemporary, understated visual language.

02 — New perspectives
A possible foundation for a contemporary fine-jewellery label — rooted in Pforzheim’s goldsmithing tradition and supported by authentic historical evidence.
